We offer certified maintenance, repair, and warranty service for your Pfaff or Viking sewing, embroidery, quilting and serging machines.
We are certified in HandiQuilter service and repair as well.

Current turn-around time on cleanings or tune-ups is:
3 weeks
We are available for you to drop of your machine
anytime Tuesday thru Thursday 10-6 Friday from 10-5 or Saturday from 10-2 in the shop.
If you need an alternate drop off time, you can email us at eneedle@hotmail.com

If you would like to do curbside pick up of your machine, please call ahead to pay before arriving to simplify pick up.
We offer 2 levels of service. A "cleaning" is what most machines require. If your machine is forming stitches, but possibly having tension challenges the cleaning is more than likely what your machine will need. A "tune-up" is indicated when your machine is not forming stitches, or is skipping stitches, or isn't feeding properly. We go through and re-time the stitch formation parts and we complete a cleaning in this service as well.
If multiple issues are happening with your machine, there may be labor charges in addition to servicing.
To help ensure the longevity of your machines, all sewing machine manufacturers recommend an annual service on the machine.
