This is an intermediate-level class for sewists aged 16 and up. All students should know how to operate their sewing machine and have basic sewing skills down. Some experience with quilt piecing is recommended.
Bring your sewing machine or call ahead if you need to reserve a classroom sewing machine.
Participants under 18 will need to have a waiver and registration form signed by a parent/guardian. Minimum enrollment of 3 students must be met for the class to run.
A supply list will be sent out one week before the class.

Amanda is a reformed software engineer, and is now pursuing a more creative career. Her grandmother taught her how to sew as a child, and she made her own prom dress. She fell in love with quilting after moving to Madison for graduate school. She finds foundation paper piecing to be the perfect outlet for creativity with a touch of technical problem solving.
