We are certified in Pfaff, Viking and HandiQuilter service and repair for long arm machines.
We have an amazing and experienced service and repair staff; we work on all major brands; and our repair is done onsite.
We do not service industrial machines or other brands of long arm machines

Current turn-around time for annual maintenance is:

We are available for you to drop off your machine:
Tuesday thru Thursday from 10-6, Friday from 10-5, or Saturday from 10-2 in the shop.
If your machine is in good working order and simply needs its annual maintenance, you can make an appointment to bring it in
and we will have your machine back to you in a few days. Call 608 422 5449

If multiple issues are happening with your machine, there may be labor charges in addition to servicing.
To help ensure the longevity of your machines, all sewing machine manufacturers recommend an annual service on the machine.
